Project Proposal: Support for Vulnerable Children’s Education at Monad Charity Learning Centre
Many children from vulnerable regions face significant educational challenges, such as learning difficulties, behavioral problems, and slow learning. Parents often lack the resources or knowledge to provide adequate support, leaving children at a disadvantage. To address this, the Monad Charity Learning Centre aims to offer remedial classes, holistic workshops, and therapeutic support, providing both psychological and emotional assistance. Our goal is to inspire ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic in these children, enabling them to overcome the obstacles posed by their challenging environments.
Key Challenges Faced by the Children:
- Resource Constraints: Many families struggle to provide school materials, proper nutrition, uniforms, and clothing.
- Parental Limitations: Some parents lack the educational background or capacity to assist their children with homework.
- Social Stigma: Children from vulnerable backgrounds often face prejudice and negative judgments.
- Family Dynamics: Dysfunctional family situations impact the child’s mental state and learning ability.
- Communication Barriers: Parents often find it difficult to engage with the school.
- Single-Parent Challenges: High absenteeism and balancing work with ensuring their child’s school attendance.
- Parental Attitudes: Negative attitudes toward education affect children's perceptions and motivation.
- Psychological Factors: Feelings of inadequacy and low self-confidence.
- Poverty Mindset: A mindset of intergenerational poverty affects children’s learning experiences.
Project Objectives:
- Improve children’s educational performance and school success.

- Offer free remedial classes for children from vulnerable families.
